Single sided and Plated through PCB's are manufactured with a guaranteed 5 day service as standard.

Multi-layered PCB's ... with lead-times within two to fifteen days.

PCB Prototypes... if you need an urgent prototype call to discuss our same day service.

All your PCB's will be manufactured using care and attention to detail.

Solder resist ... either UV cured or photo-imageable, in a variety of colours.

Hot Air Solder Levelled ... ensuring a perfect finish for soldering or surface mount components, aiding your assembly process.  'All over' gold immersion service and gold plated fingers are also available.

Your finished Circuit Boards ... will be supplied to you either routed out, left in a panel with pips or alternatively, in a scored panel ... whichever you prefer.

At ABL Circuits all information and details about you and your PCB requirements are entered into our computer system, which is networked throughout the whole factory.

Using Match-It; a software package, we have control of every aspect of production, management control, stock, scheduling, quality control to ISO9001, purchasing, invoicing and costing.

Your PCB's will receive 7 different inspections during the production process.  At each stage technicians log in onto our processing network and enter the inspection results and who completed the relevant step.  This ensures we can offer the highest quality standards in our PCB manufacturing process.
