Newcastle City Council and Your Homes Newcastle (YHN) are looking to modernise its current provision of telephony within the Contact Centre and back office. The solution must be scalable and capable of handling approximately 2,000,000 inbound contact centre calls, 900,000 corporate calls outgoing calls and support 130 colleagues.
The solution must be future proof and capable of supporting agile and mobile working. The Council require a on-premise enterprise solution.
This procurement exercise is a call off agreement from the CCS Network Services Framework (RM 1045) Lot 5. Only organisations on the approved list will be considered for this opportunity.
The initial contract length is for 60 months with 2 x 12 month options to extend.
