Framework for the installation of domestic gas heating systems to social housing providers predominantly in
the south west of England. This is split into two Lots: Lot 1 is Advantage SW multi-supplier framework; Lot 2 is
direct award for East Devon District Council contract EDDC expect to install around 400 systems p.a. Whilst we
have predicted a spend ceiling interested parties must note that our Members will have current arrangements in
place for this service, some undertake the work in-house and some may choose not to access this framework.
This makes it difficult for us to accurately predict actual spend for this framework. Advantage SW Members are
