JCS offers a range of Hi-Grip Worm Drive Hose Clips that have been designed to suit a wide range of applications.  Available in different grades of stainless steel, including zinc plated options, our clips are manufactured and tested to international standards, exceeding BS5315, ensuring they are of the highest quality to provide outstanding durability.

Hi-Torque Stainless Steel Hose Clamps

Multi-Torque Adjustable Banding Hose Clamps

JCS’s Multi-Torque Adjustable Hose Clamps provide superior strength and versatility for a number of applications that feature larger diameter pipes or ducts, or for specialist sized applications.  Conveniently supplied in a roll, simply cut the hose to your desired length and secure using the worm drive Multi-Torque connectors that come as part of the package.  These clamps are available in  a choice of 10m and 30m rolls, or to bespoke lengths by special request.

Tamtorque Tamper-Proof Clamps

Outdoor signage, street furniture and other mountable equipment needs to be used in conjunction with secure fixings and JCS’s Tamtorque clamps have been designed to provide a robust solution that provides resistance against potential incidents of vandalism, whilst also being easy to use.  The clamp is secured using a seven-sided socket screw, preventing it from being removed by the public, but allowing it to be professionally removed and reused as and when needed.

Constructed from high-strength stainless steel, Tamtorque clamps have been designed to attach to posts of 55mm to 340mm.

P-Clips

See our website for full specifications for our P-Clips - manufactured to withstand the harshest of conditions, including marine applications.  Our P-Clips comprise either zinc-plated options for outstanding corrosion resistance and heavy-duty 18/8 stainless steel.  This is then combined with a choice of two kinds of TPE rubber liner, to accommodate both standard and high temperature applications.  There are two sizes to choose from to accommodate 6mm and 10mm bolts, which are not supplied and therefore should be ordered separately.

Mini Hose Clips

Designed with petrol and LPG gas hoses in mind, JCS Mini Clips provide and economical solution to a wide range of low-pressure applications.  An absence of welded parts prevents damage to the hose and the clip is secured with a 7mm hexagon head, using either a JCS flexible shaft screwdriver, great for awkward spaces, or a standard screwdriver.

Available in sizes 9mm O/D to 18mm O/D in bags of 50 or boxes of 1,000.
