Servicing Specifications
All our plant maintenance is carried out in accordance
with SFG 20 which is the "Standard Maintenance Specification for Mechanical
Services in Buildings". This document developed by the HVCA (Heating
Ventilation Contractors Association), CIBSE (Chartered Institute of Building
Services Engineers) and the Energy Efficiency Office at the the Department of
Energy, details a contractual standard against which to evaluate and enforce
adequate high maintenance standards.
Air conditioning & Refrigeration
We ensure the correct operation of air conditioning and
refrigeration plant coupled with the correct temperature and humidity control as
in computer rooms, warehouses, offices, shops and all types of buildings.
Regular planner preventative maintenance also ensures
your company secures compliance with the European Union F-GAS regulations and
the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Industry Board (ACRIB) whose codes of
practise are approved by the Health and Safety Executive.
