IDC 201 moisture meter - The IDC 201 moisture meter operates on the basis of a two-parameter measurement. The device is therefore insensitive to the density of the material under test and can be used for the continuous moisture measurement of granular and powdered materials on conveyor belts, in hoppers and bunkers. The IDC 201 moisture meter is suitable for measurement of variety of materials, including sugar, sand, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and other materials with low to super low moisture content (0.01% to 17%). The resolution in moisture measurement of the IDC 201 meter is 0.001%. The device is easily incorporated into automatic process control systems. .
IDC 203 moisture meter - The IDC 203 moisture meter is intended for the continuous measurement of materials (e.g. grain) in chutes. For whole grain, the total error of measurement (2 s.d.) is typically no more than 0.5 % moisture. The meter is therefore suitable for the continuous control of moisture and the automation of the conditioning process in flour milling. The device is easily incorporated into automatic process control systems. .
IDC 211 moisture meter - The IDC 211 moisture meter is intended for express measurement of moisture in sugar, malt, dry milk and other powdered or granular materials, under laboratory conditions. The device operates in the moisture range 0.01% to 17%, with a resolution in moisture of 0.001%.
The IDC 211 is insensitive to the bulk density of the material under test and provides automatic correction for temperature.
IDC202 moisture meter - The IDC 202 moisture meter is intended for the continuous measurement of a variety of materials (including sand, silicate mixtures, crushed stone, cement) on conveyor belts, in hoppers and bunkers. The IDC 202 is suitable for application in the moisture range from 2% to 16% with a resolution of 0.01% moisture. The device is easily incorporated into automatic process control systems.
