range of coating systems is extensive and comprehensive. Indeed,
Impreglon can offer coatings that others cannot by virtue of our international presence.
The brand name coatings available include
- full Teflon® range
- full Xylan® range (including Eclipse®, Quantum®, Activ8®, Passiv8®, Xylar® and Dykor®)
- full Greblon® range and Rilsan®.
We have a full range of liquid coatings and powder coatings.

The Impreglon range includes unique coating systems such as
TempCoat, ChemCoat, MagnaCoat and PlasmaCoat.
The polymers we apply include PTFE, PFA, FEP, ECTFE (HALAR), ETFE (Tefcel), Nylon, Epoxy, Polyester and
Polyurethane.
The plasma systems we apply include zinc, Aluminium, stainless steel, nickel, nickel alloys, tungsten carbide and
ceramics (such as Aluminium Oxide and Chrome Oxide).
Our coatings can be applied to any metallic substrate though some can also be applied to fabric, glass and composites such as glass or carbon fibre reinforced plastic (GRP, GFRP or
FRP).
The components we coat are very diverse and include
pumps, valves, vibratory conveyors, heat seal plates, moulds, vessels, rolls to name but a few. More detailed information is to be found on the industry specific pages within our website.
Custom-made coatings
Material surfaces must be designed to accommodate the function of the component in the manufacturing process or to suit the later end use.
Regardless of whether you are looking for outstanding non-stick properties, good sliding properties, traction and/or resistance to abrasion, Impreglon coating systems are the ideal solution.
After determining the best coating for your application and requirements, we supply long lasting surfaces with either metal, ceramic, Teflon or Xylan (e.g. PTFE, PFA, FEP or other polymers) bases that retain their ideal properties even under extreme conditions - and the manufacturing quality is the highest.
