The Design Futures Group
combines the resources of three specialist award winning operating units, all
based within Sheffield Hallam University, one of the UK's leading universities
for art and design research and the only 5 rated university in this field north
of London.
We are different to private
sector design providers because of the scale and quality of our design research
- our commercial delivery is underpinned by recognised researchers from across
the design discipline who are leaders in their field.
We have specialist design
teams dedicated solely to the delivery of commercial consultancy services. Over
several years of operation we have successfully developed award winning,
innovative and patented solutions for many clients.
Our questioning attitude and
ability to explore new and better ways of doing things enables research led
design to challenge the status quo, and in so doing, deliver industry with
significant competitive advantage.
