We not only offer an excellent quality service, but our in-house manufacturing
facility; using CNC and manual machines, is capable of a wide range of services.
The CNC Milling section is fully supported by CAD/CAM and has the added abilty
to accept electronic drawings direct to machine in various formats.
We have recently joined forces with a Design
Consultant, a Machine Build Specialist and a Control System Designer, so are
able to offer a full design, manufacture and build facility.
This latest development has enabled us to form a working partnership with a
large European manufacturer, for whom we have designed, manufactured, built and
successfully installed a number of machines.
To support our Machining Facility we have a
well-equipped inspection room to ISO 9001 standard.

Our well-equipped
sheet metalwork shop, produces a wide variety of sheet metal requirements,
primarily using stainless steel. This work includes operating
plates and push stations for world class lift companies. |
| We have also
recently increased our capabilities by introducing Laser Technology into
our Engraving facility, giving a new dimension to the cosmetic appearance
of our polished stainless face plates. |

To support our manufacture of lift and elevator
components, we have developed an additional department offering:
- panel
wiring and assembly of control equipment
- testing
and final inspection
- manufacture
of complete operation units and modules.
We work mostly with polished stainless steel or
brass to compliment our work within the lift/elevator industries. However
we still produce many sign and labels from trafolite and other modern laminates.
We regularly produce tooling to support our sheet
metal requirements. Working closely
with a wire erosion company and have recently produced a large batch of press
tools in the form of a tool cassette.
These were operated hydraulically and supplied
complete with a full Press Frame which was also fabricated and fully machined
in-house.
