With extensive experience in rotary design and optimisation of additional machine axes, we can provide a total solution from 75mm to 5,000mm diameter or square carrying up to 150 tons.
We are appointed sellers of a number of manufacturer's products, allowing us to select the right product for the application, not just to select it because it is the only unit in our range, be it on a price or technical basis or combining the right balance between the two.

All of our agency products are from manufacturers who can provide bespoke solutions using usually a modular building format, meaning standard parts but constructed in a way that provides the solution required.

Smaller tables provide every solution from simple large bore 4th and 5th axis units to fully submersible solutions to IP68.
We have a large range of fully refurbished rotary table stock at all times from many manufacturers and it may be that we can provide a table that is
"as good as new" for less than half the price of a new unit.
The CNCROTARY.COM rental scheme has been created to provide a solution to a long term problem for engineering companies who would like to be able to widen their own customer base by offering four and five axis machining facilities and either do not have the funds for an outright purchase or just want to dip their toes into the water.
The rental scheme provides a facility for the sub-contract engineer to quote for work that would normally be outside their capacity, but the job may not stand the cost of a purchase of additional capital equipment.
CNCROTARY carry as many interface spares as we possibly can, making use of our own knowledge and experiences over a number of years to attempt to pinpoint the most likely requirements for replacement parts. We have also tried to ensure that when we have prepared a table for a specific interface, we have purchased a second set of additional parts in case of need in the future.
We feel sure that our wide-ranging stock will be as large as any spares and repairs Company may hold, anywhere else in the UK.
We also have access to other suppliers stock inventory should we be unable to assist you.
CNC can offer specialist repairs to any make of rotary table, not restricted to those that we are agents for, or to any unknown or unusual assembly.
Rotary table devices, regardless of their maker are very similar devices and our engineers who have years of experience in the repairing and servicing of many makes and models of rotary and tiling tables.
In addition to service and overhaul, we carry a large number of parts in stock such as valves, switches, motors and encoders, making a repair and service swift and comprehensive which will minimise the machine down time.
