The Workshop Beaver package is a comprehensive suite of software that allows you to track jobs through your workshop from pre-alert, through receipt, and on into the workshop, with time and materials recording, scheduling, completion and invoicing.
Workshop Beaver can manage multiple workshops across one or more locations, with automatic and manual routing between those workshops so a job can be processed through a series of workshops with full audit trail throughout.
The Core Workshop Module
Workshop Beaver comes as standard with a complete spares stock control system and invoicing. Add on modules include web enabling, purchase ordering, spares order processing, sales and purchase ledgers.
The core module Workshop Beaver allows you
to manage and control activity in your repair centre. Beaver handles all aspects
of workshop management from initial warning of incoming work to invoicing and
includes numerous pre-formatted reports and a powerful report generator to allow
you to create your own customised documents, reports and enquiries.
Workshop Beaver's
capability can be expanded by adding optional modules, for example Badger
Accounts which provides the stock control and invoicing facilities to Beaver.
You can add further modules to Beaver to handle spares sales, purchase ordering,
web enabling, report generator and all the ledgers to provide a full
multi-currency, multi-company accounting system.

The Account Management System (AMS) from Business
Analysis allows you to manage the relationships between you and your prospects,
sales enquiries, customers, suppliers, and other contacts.
- Linking module between AMS and Your Accounting Software
Lynx is an
optional module, a handy extension to AMS, which allows AMS to run alongside
Workshop Beaver so that you can track Beaver jobs as if they were AMS accounts.
You can record notes, actions and histories against the job just like an
ordinary account. You can also attach an AMS person to each job, and you can
modify the job's details from within AMS.

held in a schedule on your system.
