C.N.C. milling, multi-spindle and single-spindle copy milling, C.N.C. grinding, CNC turning, form grinding aided by optidress and diaform attachments allied to an unsupassed range of materials provide a unique and comprehensive facility.
The Erodex range of materials and equipment allows complete flexibility to cater for batch produced repetition electrodes, or plastic mould and forging die electrodes of the
'one off' type.
For 3-D electrodes the choice is made between either C.N.C. milling with C.A.M. or copy milling with moulds provided by either the customer or Erodex.
Carbon brush manufacture; mechanical carbon seals, bearings and vanes; semi-conductor tooling; hot pressing dies etc. etc. are all produced to the customers drawings.
The inspection department is supported by C.N.C. C.M.M. equipment, with full print-out facilities available.
Trained sales engineers are also available to visit and discuss with customers, specific requirements and electrode design.
