Robert Welch has developed the Tri-Pos3 alternating air overlay for very high-risk patients. This product is the first of its kind to combine the technologies of an air mattress with a multiposition base, and incorporates adjustments that prevent the patient from slipping down the bed..................................
In 1999, the government recognised the Tri-Pos3 system as an excellent innovation in pressure sore prevention products, and awarded Robert Welch with a Millennium Products Award.......................................
Since then there have been further developments of air mattresses and overlays, amongst them a far more advanced Turn.aido range which helps carers/nurses to turn a patient much more easier and with less strain on their back and orthodox Galaxy range. We manufacture overlays and replacement mattresses to suit every budget level.
