and the DYNAFORM system, based on LS-DYNA, from Engineering Technology
Associates (ETA) of Troy, Michigan. Our team has more than fifteen
years experience in supplying and using these systems for metal forming
analysis.

- BLANKNEST - BLANKNEST is powerful nesting software specifically designed for nesting sheet metal blanks on coils.
It automatically calculates the best nesting layout to optimize material utilization based on coil width and pitch constraints. And for CATIA V5 users the same features are now available integrated as CATNEST.

- CATFORM - CATFORM provides Catia users with fast formability analysis for evaluation and validation of stamped components. Formability analysis is based on component geometry and accounts for material properties, friction, and blank holder force. CATFORM determines if a component can be stamped consistently with minimum cost, while fulfilling all product performance requirements. CATFORM is fully integrated into Dassault Systèmes' PLM environment.
- CATNEST - CATNEST is the Most Accurate Tool for Optimal Coil Utilization (Nest) of Blank Shapes for Estimators and Tool Engineers.
The CAA enabled CATNEST reduces Collaboration Lag (time to communicate a change and obtain feedback), and hence results in 50% fewer engineering changes, since the analysis is current with the geometry
- CATSTAMP - CATSTAMP provides CATIA V5 users with detailed formability analysis for evaluation and validation of stamped components and draw developments. Formability analysis is based on component or die geometry and accounts for material properties, friction, blank holder force, pressure pad, drawbeads, curved binder, and displacement constraints.
- COSTOPTIMIZER - COSTOPTIMIZER is The Material Cost Reduction Tool for Estimators, Product and Tool Engineers. - DATAKIT - Dutton Simulation have been appointed as distributors for the superb range of CAD translators from Datakit. Datakit, founded in 1994, is a private company whose sole product range is an extensive set of of CAD/CAM Product Data Exchange applications and services. Already more than 140 translators have been made available. These allow users of native CAD systems (CATIA V4, CATIA V5, ProE, UG, etc.) to output IGES, STEP or DXF format data for input to our simulation software - but also include a range of inter-CAD translators.
- ETA DYNAFORM (LS-DYNA) - We also supply software from the DYNAFORM system, based on LS-DYNA, from Engineering Technology Associates (ETA) in Michigan.
