Floormap - The FloormapVS2 is latest version of the best selling MFL floor scanner and now comes with up-graded magnets to improve defect detectability and sizing on thicker materials, faster data capture with a custom designed micro controller and all new software. The VS2 contains significant improvements in terms of defect positioning, electronic data processing and software manipulation.
Handscan - The Handscan system is designed to compliment the, MFL 2000 and FloormapVS floorscanners. Even in such a small configuration the latest generation of permanent magnets enable localized magnetic saturation of the floor area under test
Pipescan - Pipescan is an easy to use, cost effective, portable, magnetic flux l inspection system for the detection of random internal corrosion pipe runs. The latest magnetic material coupled with unique mechanical designs enables coverage of all pipe diameters from 50mm to 2.4 metres with a limited number of scanning heads. Magnetic flux leakage inspection is not affected by product flowing through the pipe so surveys can be carried out both on-line and off-line and at surface temperatures up to 90oC.
Scorpion - The Scorpion DCP remote access crawler uses a unique "Dry Coupled" wheel probe eliminating the need for traditional couplant. This allows the crawler to travel vertically, horizontally or even inverted whilst still fully functional. Compatible with ANY ultrasonic system, a 50 metre umbilical cable allows access to the furthest point of most structures without the need for scaffolding.
