We look for the optimum machining process combined with the most suitable graphite

Aluminium
Aluminium run-out tables, extrusion guides, extrusion slats, rollers, rottary & fixed degassers, flux feeders, anodes & cathodes.
Vacuum Furnaces
Heating elements, power lead insulation, element connectors, trays & brazing jigs together with cake stands and all other hot zone items.
We supply a variety of graphite insulation which may be flexible, rigid, foil faced, cfc faced or plain.
Carbon fibre composite [CFC] components are also available.
Iron & Steel
Electrodes of all sizes from 150mm to 610mm, in grades from RP to UHP can be supplied.
We offer re-machining service together with recovery of used electrodes. Custom made cill blocks, run out tables and chills are our speciality.
Non Ferrous
Concast moulds, crucibles, boats, trays, jigs, slats, and spare furnace parts are all manufactured to your specifications by our team of designers.
Glass
Moulds and crucibles for the fused quartz silica and borosilicate glass production. Graphite liners and pump parts for the float glass market.
Rollers and bobbins for the fibreglass sector. Elements, heat shields, insulation for the optical fibre
industry. Tongs, take out inserts, dead plates, seals and bearings for the glass container manufacturing.
