R&M is a highly responsive, problem solving, customer orientated, Powder Coater that is specialised in handling volume high quality contracts for the automotive and general industrial markets.
It has two powder coating lines with inline spray pre-treatments capable of degreasing and cleaning most metal substrates, from Aluminium to Steel, and applying protective Zinc Phosphate or Chromate conversion coatings as required.
Other facilities include a chemical paint stripping line suitable for processing most materials including Aluminium plus ultrasonic cleaning and linishing. The Linishing department contains 2 double ended belt linishers for ferrous and non-ferrous, one flatbed linisher and various hand preparation tools.
We operate to ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 and are working towards IIP and TS16949. R&M is a UK company based in the West Midlands looking to expand into Medical, Aerospace and Defence markets. The management team has extensive experience in industry with expertise in all disciplines giving the organisation the ability to meet most enquiries positively.
