In 2005 the PPST group, owners of Pacific Power Source (PPS) and Slaughter Test Systems (STS), became part owners of Caltest Instruments Ltd.
Both PPS and STS have now appointed Caltest Instruments as their official representatives for sales and service support across the whole of Europe.

This encompasses AC test power generation, AC and DC power
supplies, AC & DC electronic loads, testing of electricity meters and safety testing.
We strive to offer a technical support service that is second to none for pre-sales application engineering, after sales service and, when required, technical consultancy.
Training can be provided for purchasers of more complex, or software operated, instruments.
We operate a strict quality policy, including carrying out 100% pre-delivery checkout of new instruments, to ensure that you, the customer, get what you have ordered, working to specification, and with all accessories and documentation required.
To support our checkout and repair operations we operate a state of the art calibration laboratory specialising in DC, LF and Power calibration.
Caltest are also the appointed European Service Centre for a number of the US based companies for whom we distribute.
We welcome enquiries for repair of older instruments manufactured by these companies, as well as the newer ones.
We keep our prices to a minimum, consistent with providing an efficient and comprehensive pre- and post- sales service, and full warranty cover - and we sincerely believe that every item in our range offers the best combination of performance and value in its class!
