Protection
We can design a die cut carton specifically to
protect your product during transportation and posting, whilst giving it a
professional finish. On certain die cut designs we can even include at no
extra cost an inner fitting that utilises the waste from the carton. Our
extensive range of heavy duty cartons are constructed using only the very
strongest material available, ensuring piece of mind for all our clients.
Cartons can be made with drop down flaps and a cap and sleeve design which can
be plain or printed.

Specially designed fully self erecting cartons to increase speed in production

with the option of inner fillings e.g. silk linings.
We have a variety of stock colours to be produced from, and hot foiling is

Kitchen
Protection Packaging
We
developed, with the help of an existing customer, a range of protection
especially designed for erect kitchen carcasses.
As things have developed we are now able to offer 1 die cut fitting to cover
larder units, allowing for the variation of depth ie 950& 1200. This thereby
protects one of the most expensive carcasses.
Since
using this system our existing kitchen manufacturer has seen his returns due to
transportation damage reduced to zero!
We
have over 30 tools available for covering various components of the carcass for
example doors, drawers and 900 panel units. We can also protect knockdown (KD)
carcasses. This specialist protection is now offered nationwide, and has been
taken up by a number of manufacturers.
