We operate with manual equipment up to 'State of the Art' CNC mills and lathes.

We are heavily involved in the development of new parts and applications offering technical support to our customers where aid is needed in the selection of the correct material for a particular application.

We manufacture a wide variety of products in engineering plastics from our well equipped machine shop, here is a selection:

• Delrin throttle  valves and associated parts for pneumatic road diggers,
• Nylon, Acetal and Peek components within electronic coin counting machines,
• Cast Nylon parts for underground safety appliances,
• P.T.F.E. and Peek seals, a variety of designs of various users such as basic water tight applications to down hole drilling in the North Sea oilfields,
• Cast Nylon and Polyethylene parts associated with sub-sea technology,
• Acetal P.T.F.P. parts assembled within gas detection safety equipment.
