BARBER InSys are providing a broad range of temperature and environmental measurement solutions to a diverse range of industries including national and UKAS temperature calibration laboratories, in-house calibration labs,metrology labs, meteorology, in process measurement, highway authorities, system integrators, museums, pharmaceutical clean rooms, storage rooms, GLP, GMP, heat treatment , food processing, food storage,weather stations, ISO9000 requirements, FDA requirements, aerospace, industrial, predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, medical, breast cancer monitoring, building management systems, BMS, screed floor laying, flood restoration, building moisture/damp surveying, calibration management and environmental data collection systems.
We supply precision hand held digital thermometer capable of temperature measurement, relative humidity and air flow, for quality control applications, right through to SPRT's & measurement systems for Primary and Secondary temperature calibration Laboratories.
We also supply digital thermometers suitable for catering, food processing or quality control applications. These thermometers have a flat keyboard surface for easy cleaning, including one with an anti bacteria coated casing and probe handle.
For operation in hazardous areas we can provide hand held solutions for both contact & non-contact temperature measurement. A wide range of precision laboratory thermometers are available to meet the requirements of the most demanding applications, together with a range of metal block calibration baths to provide a temperature medium in which to calibrate thermometers using the comparison method of calibration.
For predictive maintenance on electrical panels, switchgear and also measuring heat loss from buildings or checking for refractory lining breakdown in molten metal transport systems etc, we offer a low cost portable thermal imaging camera systems to conduct thermal surveys and produce customised reports. We are now offer professional thermal surveys for those companies who do not have the manpower or suitably trained engineers do do this work in-house. We also supply fixed thermal camera systems for permanent monitoring such as hot spot/fire detection, perimeter surveillance, or remote pulpit process's operator visualisation. Other thermal camera systems are available for covert surveillance operations.
For clinical diagnostics, we supply the Thermo Iewey medically certified thermal imaging camera system for breast cancer, fibrocystic breast disease, varicose vein and many other clinical applications. The software has been developed in conjunction with a practicing doctor with over 20 years thermography experience and is also being used successfully at the Irish Centre of Integrated Medicine.
We offer a wide range of hand held infrared "gun" type IR thermometers and also high temperature optical pyrometers, for non-contact surface temperature measurement. In addition, high speed fixed systems including fibre optic type thermometers, are available for various process applications where continuous temperature monitoring is required as part of the end product quality assessment.
For pharmaceutical clean room production & storage facilities, we can provide on-line particle sensors, differential pressure sensors, temperature/humidity sensors, airflow sensors, CO2 sensors and flat panel displays, together with data logging systems in accordance with 21 CFR part 11 FDA requirements. For stand alone applications, we also supply compact data loggers for temperature, humidity and barometric pressure.
Managing the calibration of tools and test equipment can be made relatively easy by using the Caliso Toolbox calibration management software package, with additional add on modules for FDA compliance and also pipette calibration. Various support contracts are available together with real time remote control help on your PC by installing "Helpdesk VNC" software which is available on the Caliso download page. Another Caliso package is the Caliso Temps automatic calibration & logging software which has been written to communicate with a wide range of manufacturers calibration equipment via RS232 ports. There is also a web cam driver so that instruments without a digital interface can have the display values stored using the web camera.
