In-house engineering and tooling
We have always endeavoured to be something far more than just a manufacturer of rubber components.
Therefore, right from the start, we have designed and manufactured the majority of our tooling 'in house'.
Our full 2D and 3D capabilities include the ability to reverse engineer any moulding to produce single cavity compression through to multi-cavity injection tooling. |
This policy has led to high quality moulded products, often to tight dimensional tolerances not generally associated with the manufacture of mechanical rubbers.
Working closely with customers from design through to prototype and on to full production, we provide complete solutions to our customers' exacting needs.
Your e-mailed drawings can be on our screens within seconds.
We have tooling for a range of products applicable to the brewery and food processing industries. These include:
- Keg seals
- Filter rubbers
- Manway door joints
- Bottling rubbers
|
- DRJ rings
- Gaskets, etc
- All in approved materials
