Service and Spares
An expert service team is based in Worcester to provide first line service support.
- Telephone support is available on a 24/7 basis
- On-line support can be arranged with a single payment for machine life, allowing Mazak engineers to remotely interrogate your machine including history, programmes and diagnostics
- Field based service engineers are located throughout the country
Fast Moving Spares are held in the Worcester site and back-up is provided from our spares facility in Leuven, Belgium from where spares ordered before 16:00 can be delivered next day, 365 days in the year.

Yamazaki Mazak provides all this as a service to potential Mazak users. A highly experienced team of Application Engineers are available to work on Projects to support all stages of your installation.
From basic advice on speeds and feeds, the selection of the correct tooling, or a fully integrated 'Turnkey' installation.
