Spring presswork, wire forms and clock type springs, together with leaf springs, circlips, disc and constant force are all parts of our package.
We pride ourselves that nothing is too much trouble and we can forward our spring datasheet if you wish to design your own springs.
Along with being able to manufacture your bespoke items, we also have a comprehensive
catalogue of a number of different types of springs, which you can request, download in PDF format from this site or view on your screen.

With the use of CNC camless autocoiling machines, with high speed servo drives, we are more than able to cope with your increased demands. Using some of the fastest and most
accurate machines in the world you will benefit from the latest technology, the fast set up times on these enable us to produce your samples and volume production on the same machine.
Micro-sized electronic components - 100 tonne Presswork
We have an envious diversity in the range of products we can supply from flat materials.
From spring and mild steel pressings to nimonic, titanium and beryllium copper components we have a very wide range.
Our power press capacity is up to 100 tonnes and all use air feeds to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Tooling is produced in house using the latest CNC Wire Erosion machines and '3D' Tooling can also be produced using our CNC Machining
Centre, which is fitted with a high speed attachment to enable us to do 'micro machining' using cutters down to 0.5mm diameter, ideal for tooling on electrical contacts. |
