It's your choice of service
At Absolute Software, we are aware that our clients have a wide range of requirements, and depending on your available in-house skills and budget, different levels of service might be needed from us. To cater for this, we have three levels of service available.
Gold Service - You simply provide your specification and we provide a fixed price quote.
We make the design decisions and take responsibility for them. Any bugs or discrepancies from the specification will be corrected free of charge.
Silver Service - You design and manage your project, allocating as little or as much to us.
We still provide a fixed price quote, which includes bug-fixing. This is our most popular service as it allows you to easily budget for each of your individual projects.
Bronze Service - We work to your specific instruction and log all hours spent.
This service works well for clients who just need some resource support.
