Formed in 1985, as a sub-contract sheet metal
shop, we have always looked for ways to improve our service. Today we
offer a range of services designed to meet the needs of our customers.
Although we still retain our original sheet
metal work capability we have added Turning, Milling, Detail Presswork and
Assembly. We have also undertaken complete project management for some of
our customers.

CNC Turning
We are equipped with the latest multi-axis
Citizen sliding head machines, using sub-spindel machining and driven tooling to
perform "turning", "milling" and "cross drilling"
operations. All our machines have fully automatic magazine bar feeding
equipment.
We also have conventional CNC turning centres to provide prototype or small batch work to exacting standards.
CNC Milling - Our ultra-modern machining and tapping centres
offer highly accurate machining from prototype to volume production.
With multi-axis capability and CAD/CAM
facilities our machining centres can tackle the most complex parts.
CNC Sheet Metalwork
- Our Sheet Metalwork shop offers a full range of Manufacturing capability from panels and boxes to intricate shapes and fixtures.
We produce a wide range of materials including plastics, fibres and rubbers.
Detail Presswork - We undertake detail presswork for complex shapes and components in small or large volume.
Specialist Processes
- We can arrange virtually any process or finish through our network of approved suppliers.
