Biscor Limited manufactures and converts PTFE (Teflon®) and silicone rubber coated glass fabric, kevlar and polyester.
As well as fluoropolymer coatings at the Bradford plant, there is also on site fabrication into engineered products such as conveyor belts, adhesive tapes and application specific products for use in a wide variety of industries.

Bisca-Bake - Biscor's brand name for PTFE coated fabric used as sheet or belt product in the processing of breads, confectionery and other food stuffs. Developed to resist vegetable fats and high temperatures, the material is typically used on pizza lines and tortilla lines.
Bisca-Fry - Biscor's brand of PTFE coated glass fabric for use specifically as a sheet or belt product in the food processing industry. Used as a conveyor or sheet product to reisist agressive animal fats - eg in fast food restaurant grill, frying belt for bacon, chicken, burgers and many other uses
Bisca-Fuse - Biscor's fusing belt fabric, used in the fusing of garments and interlinings. The PTFE coated glass fabric has the added benefit of carbon within the coating which helps to reduce static and improve heat transfer.
Bisca-Pak - Biscor's PTFE coated glass fabric mainly used in the packaging industry - for use as a heat resistant tape on L-bars and heat sealing machinery. The temperature resistance and non-stick properties are ideal for this purpose.
Bisca-Pak Stic - Biscor's packaging products in adhesive format - the PTFE coated glass fabrics with adhesive backing for use in a wide range of packaging machinery and applications.
Bisca-Sil - Biscor's silicone rubber coated glass fabric, various widths and grades available, this material is used as a release material in many different production processes, also as a curtain material in shrink wrap applications - and many more...
Bisca-Stic - Biscor's PTFE coated glass fabric which has either an acrylic adhesive or silicone pressure sensitive adhesive (Silicone PSA).

Teflon® - DuPont brand name for polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), Biscor Ltd has permission to use Teflon® for UK industrial and commercial use.
