    Dura Composites Ltd. was incorporated in 1995 to supply chemical resistant non slip flooring to industry.  The Directors were also founders of Colvic Craft plc, and ran the boat building business for 37 years, producing GRP yachts and luxury motor cruisers.

    We supply Dura Tread fibreglass grating non slip flooring constructed from fibreglass, as an ideal and cost effective alternative to traditional grating materials like wood, mild steel and stainless steel.  Dura Tread fibreglass grating is exceptionally slip resistant and the gritted and concave anti-slip grating offers excellent traction in wet and icy conditions.

    Fibreglass grating is lightweight and chemical resistant which makes it ideal for the chemical, port and harbour industries.  It can be used in new marina development or construction as it weighs approximately one third as much as steel grating and has the added benefit of being corrosion resistant.  The chemical resistant mesh of fibreglass grating can be used for walkways in corrosive environments as well as offering other advantages:
