Bureau
MIDS
have invested in the latest technology, computers and networking, scanning
software and high volume document scanners. These advances enable us to provide
our clients with an efficient service at a fair
price.
Our bureau provides
a service for the conversion of paper and electronic based records of
all shapes, sizes and quantities for storage on CD, Optical
Disc, DVD or media of your choice and microfilm, even the Internet from
our Web server.
Records such as Personnel, Payroll, Purchasing,
Accounts, Project Files, Quality Control, Manufacturing and many others are
handled in our bureau. In most cases documents including their indexing are
supplied to customers on CD-R and imported into an Alchemy Database.
Consumables
We supply all the necessary
consumable items for both imaging and microfilm, paper, toner, cartridges, film,
chemistry, disks, etc., along with full technical support to keep systems fully
operational at all times.

Microfilm
a long established method of storing documentation
provides a simple solution to archiving for all document sizes using 16mm
and 35mm film, jackets or aperture cards.
We provide a complete processing service for both 16mm and 35mm microfilm together with a duplication service onto
Diazo, Silver Negative of Positive film.
Roll Film, Jackets, Fiche or Aperture cards are all catered for.
