Preset Calibration Services Limited is a UKAS
accredited Calibration Laboratory offering In-House and On-Site, primarily for the Aerospace, Health, Pharmaceutical and Motor Industries.
Calibration
Temperature Surveys - We can carry out temperature surveys on any type of oven, furnace, autoclave, fridge, freezer, and salt bath etc., used in the aerospace industry.
These temperature surveys can be carried out across the temperature range of 60°C to 1200°C.
The surveys would normally be carried out to BS2M:54 1991, AMS 2750D, RPS953 or the customers specific requirements (surveys can be carried out to any requirement of the customer) which could be derived from your customers requirements.
Temperature Calibration
- We can carry out temperature calibrations on a wide range of equipment;
including digital thermometers, chart recorders, data loggers, thermocouple
simulators etc.
We have the facilities to calibrate thermocouple,
PT100's or any temperature measuring device across the range -60°C to 1200°C.
Temperature and Humidity -
We have the facilities to carry out temperature/humidity calibrations to various
types of recording and/or indicating instruments. We specialise in the
calibration of probe-based instruments across the range 15°C to
40°C and 15%rh to 95%rh.
Pressure
& Vacuum - We offer pressure and vacuum calibrations in four
different formats
- Absolute pressure calibration 0 to 4bar
(air)
- 0 to2,500 Pascals (air)
- -0.950 to 20.000bar (air)
- 0 to 750bar gauge (hydraulic)

Mechanical Metrology -
We can carry out a full range of calibrations for most types of mechanical
measuring equipment including:
- thread plug gauges
- thread caliper gauges
- plain plug gauges
- micrometers
- vernier
- squares
- height gauges
- gauge blocks
In addition to the calibrations and surveys that we provide we also have the ability to design, install and maintain Paperless Graphic Monitoring Systems to help comply with Nadcap requirements for the Aerospace Industry.
For those in the Health sector that require monitoring for blood and bone banks, washer driers and sterilisers; in order to meet the current specifications, we can provide Independent Monitoring Systems.
Electrical Calibrations
It is possible for us to carry out on site or in house Electrical Calibrations for all of your Electrical Equipment and Testing Instruments.

Control Systems
We design, build, install, commission and
calibrate many types of instrument/control systems. We can offer a
complete rebuild of an ovens control system and integrate it in to the ovens
existing wiring. The upgrade can consist of basic temperature controllers
and paper recorders.
We are the main distributors for the Eurotherm
Group and offer their complete range of instruments through our online store
along with after sales support for all purchases. We hold in stock a
selection from the 3000 range.
Nadcap
We have acted as consultants and carried out
appropriate instrumentation upgrades, calibrations and surveys, to meet Nadcap,
RP953 and AMS 2750D requirements for many companies.
