We at Virtual Print Supplies are specialists in printer, copier & fax consumables (Original and Re-manufactured) as well as data media and stationery. With more than 30 years experience in the industry I believe we can reduce your spend on these products and give you a tailor made solution that is second to none.
Just to give you an idea as to our concept, I'll outline how we operate, so that you can see how we aim to save you money. We hold virtually NO stock, however, this is deliberate. Instead of buying stock in for our customers, where we are vunerable to currency fluctuations and manufacturer price changes, we take all of our customers orders out into the market together daily and effectively create an auction/bidding system, this gives our customers immense buying power by putting all of the orders into one pot.
We have a constant stream of live data from over 30 of the major distributors and wholesalers in the UK and Europe, to ensure that we get our customers products for the best price available on any given day. As we do not hold stock, we do not need to pay for a warehouse, we do not need to man it, and we do not need to pay for carriage, so we can pass these saving on to our customers.
I would be keen to show you exactly how we work in practice by supplying you with some example pricing, if you would be able to provide me with a list of all or some of the printers you use, I will do just that.
