With the privatisation of British Telecom and the liberation of the market Russell Systems Telecom were the North of England's first private telecommunications company. Formed in 1984, Russell Telecom specialise in telecommunications sales, installation and maintenance.

Russell Systems Technical Ltd is our subsidiary company and was set up as the technical arm of the group. Russell Technical are B.S.I. registered maintainers with strict quality controls at all levels within the organisation.
The company is ISO9002 quality approved and all installations are carried out to B.S.6701 standards. It also adheres to stringent monitoring procedures and is approved by OFTEL and the department of Trade and Industry to maintain telephone equipment by TOSHIBA, NEC, NITSUKO, MITEL, PHILIPS and PANASONIC.
