Restoration offer a full range of
products and services to the stainless steel industry / user, from
pickling &
passivation, on site services, swab cleaning, plant & equipment, chemical
sales, mechanical polishing, bead blasting to consultancy work.
With a facility in
Manchester - Pickling & Passivation and Electropolishing
are carried out either by full immersion in our pickling &
passivation tanks and larger items can be spray pickled on the dedicated process
floor also served by a 10-ton gantry crane.

We can also provide Mechanical
Polishing services to finishes of 180/240/320 grit. Specific Ra
readings can be obtained and validated with our surface measurement
equipment. We provide in both in-house & on-site services.
We
specialise in On Site Services, where we have our own dedicated service teams and
equipment available for treatment of large tanks, pipelines and
architectural / building cleaning and restoration. We also have an
extensive range of Avesta finishing chemicals
for the treatment products for the cleaning, degreasing and
pickling of stainless steel. |

We
now have a Electropolishing facility in the North West of England,
where we provide a full range of Electropolishing
services with our in line Automatic plant, Large vessels up to 40 cu.metre can
be electropolished on a special process floor served by a 10-ton gantry crane.
We also have tanks which enable us to process items up to 9 mtrs in
length.
As a company we will look
at each job on its own merit, and we believe no job is too small or too big.
